We sell small-batch, handcrafted food products. Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in appearance, color, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

Our products are made with ingredients including garlic, shallots, chili, and oil, and are prepared in a kitchen that may also handle other allergens. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list before purchasing and consuming. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please do not consume our products without confirming they are safe for you. Consume responsibly and store as directed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders where the price was listed incorrectly or where we suspect fraud. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping timelines, delivery, and carrier responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy. All sales are final; returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacement eligibility are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
