Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

We offer shipping via UPS.
Estimated delivery times are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you believe you placed the wrong address please message us in instagram @registuroturo. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered by the carrier.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review the claim and issue a replacement if approved.
