Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to make changes or cancellations after an order has been processed.

Exceptions

We will only replace items if:

• Your order arrives damaged- Please note that we vaccum seal all our shipped products and if there is a leakage it would be visible thru the plastic.  
  

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Approved replacements will be issued at no additional cost or a refund.
